3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use FIXR
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3.3 One Account Per Person

  • Each user may maintain only one active account
  • Duplicate accounts may be terminated

4. Acceptable Use

  • Respect other users and our team
  • Keep your account information current

  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service

5. Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you input
  • You grant us license to use your data to provide the Service

  • FIXR's design, code, and features are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content
  • Trademarks and logos are protected

  • Fixy AI provides general guidance only
  • AI responses are not professional mechanical advice
  • Always verify important information with a qualified mechanic

6. Service Availability

6.1 No Guarantee of Uptime

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
  • Service may be unavailable during maintenance
  • We are not liable for service interruptions

6.2 Service Modifications

  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time
  • We will provide notice for significant changes when possible

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Service "As-Is"

FIXR is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 No Mechanical Advice

  • FIXR is a tracking tool, not a source of professional mechanical advice
  • Fixy AI provides general information only
  • Always consult qualified mechanics for vehicle service

7.3 Third-Party Information

  • Mechanic shop information is provided by third parties (Google Maps)
  • We do not verify or endorse any repair shops
  • We are not responsible for services performed by mechanics

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Liability for Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or data
  • Vehicle damage resulting from missed maintenance
  • Services performed by mechanics found through our app
  • Inaccurate AI-generated information

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FIXR harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Pricing and Payments

FIXR is currently free to use.

10.2 Future Pricing

  • We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
